USource WDM uses 4-skip-0 or 8-skip-0 filter in mux/demux and add/drop modules, it blocks 4 or 8 channels to improve the insertion loss.
Skip 4 or 8 CWDM/DWDM channels
We uses these filters to pass some bandwidth and block other bandwidth, improve the insertion loss to reduce the total system cost.
For example：
CWDM skip 4 channels usage：
Pass Band Width 1463~1620nm
