This Armored Optical OM3 Fiber CPRI Cable is used for 5G Base Station networking, to connect from AAU to DU. 4x25Gbps SFP 850nm is used for connecting AAU and RU, one SFP has Tx and Rx, so total 8 fibers.

AAU is Active Antenna Unit, using Massive MIMO technology to improve the signals covering for high frequency.

DU is Distribute Unit. The transmission between AAU to DU is fronthaul.

CU is Centralized Unit. The transmission between DU to CU is midhaul.
